"It is my pleasure to write you and also inform you that we are interested to host ERASMUS+ Trainees students/researchers enrolled at AGH University Krakow.

My name is Dr. Pradeep Ghosh and I am responsible for managing the International Programme for students and researchers. You may have already have an idea about our research center GSI and we are working on many topics of natural sciences, mathematics, computing and engineering.

Professional training and mentorship are available for a broad range of topics, e.g. biophysics, material research (incl. NANO), high-performance computing, radiation therapy and protection, accelerator technology, superconducting magnets, atomic physics, plasma physics, nuclear physics and chemistry. Few places are also available in Technology transfer, Project management division.

A typical duration of ERASMUS+ Trainees at GSI/FAIR is around 3 months or so. Some of them are also staying longer. This Traineeship can be either part of their curriculum or vocational in nature.

The Trainees has opportunities, to get accommodation at our guesthouse which can be supported by us as in-kind and also they get access to our library, coupons to food restaurant in campus and a bike they can borrow for the whole duration.
