We are pleased to announce that AGH University has joined the European EURAXESS network, supporting foreign scientists and the institutions employing them in the field of mobility and career development.

Thanks to cooperation and membership in EURAXESS, the University will provide increasingly better support and development of scientific careers to international scientists. The activities of the EURAXESS network at AGH University are coordinated by the Centre for International Affairs as part of the existing Welcome Point - an information and advice centre where international visitors receive comprehensive assistance and support at our University.

• Database of Polish job and funding opportunities for scientists The latest offers are published on the Polish website in the form of a monthly newsletter.
• A database of job and grant opportunities in Europe and other regions of the world.

Access to personalised support:

• Personalised assistance with formalities and administrative aspects of entry, work and stay in Poland
• Customised information on formalities related to arriving, working and living in a EURAXESS member country and contacts to more than 670 Welcome Centres. National portals also provide information on national grants and programmes for research funding, as well as events related to career development and international mobility

Access to scientific career development:

• Tools, training, mentoring and guidance to support career planning and cross-sectoral development 
• Opportunities to strengthen international scientific cooperation. EURAXESS Hubs integrate European researchers working all around the world
• Opportunities for research networking and building partnerships
