The activities of the International Mobility Office include in particular:

administrative service for staff, doctoral students and students posted abroad (cooperation with faculty administration and the Bursar's Office, formal control of submitted trip applications in terms of departmental, bank and university regulations, formal and financial settlement of trips, keeping a database of foreign trips and their settlements, acting as an intermediary in applying for exit visas),

coordination and implementation of an agreement concerning cooperation between the AGH UST and a travel agency with regard to the sale of airline tickets for foreign trips of employees, doctoral students and students of the University,

coordination and implementation of the insurance agreement regarding the insurance of employees, doctoral students, students and persons travelling abroad on business for which the University is responsible,

handling and managing selected scholarship and educational programs dedicated to AGH employees, doctoral students and students, including conducting individual consultations with employees, doctoral students and students intending to participate in international programs,

supervising the signing of trilateral agreements and cooperation with faculties in this respect,

acquiring, developing and disseminating information about the opportunities for employees, doctoral students and students to apply for foreign scientific internships, scholarships and international educational programs,

developing and publishing a monthly newsletter of the AGH CIA in Polish,

maintenance of the CIA website and social media in Polish and English,

preparation of current and periodical reporting on foreign trips,

archiving documentation related to the tasks carried out by the Section,

preparation of current and periodical reporting on the Section's activities.
